At C&P Machine, our Crankshaft Grinding
Department is the largest of its type in the Midwest. With an investment
of over $500,000 and 6,000 sq. ft. of work area, this department is
comparable to no other in the area. It is complimented by four of the most
precise grinding machines available. We are able to machine shaft sizes as
small as lawn equipment to larger truck and industrial applications. Many
other services, such as shaft welding, straightening and magnafluxing are
also offered.
Just
as technology has changed in the manufacture of the internal combustion
engine, our technology has advanced in remanufacturing the components of
these state of the art engines. Cylinder head valve seats are machined
with the most modern equipment available to guarantee the quality our
